A Colin Powell Change of Address Card. - (USPS, 1989) A Change of Address Card sent from Colin Powell's office to Mrs. Luis Bellson after he moved into Quarters 6 at Fort Myer, while serving as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 1989 to 1993. The card features a photocopied facsimile of Powell's signature. Measuring 3.5” x 5.75”, the card is in very good condition with a postal cancellation stamp and magenta marks to the reverse.
