Technique: Brass, engraved. Glass cover.
Description: Square base plate with fine engravings and recessed compass box. Hinged hour ring in the shape of a cartouche with Roman numerals and a degree arch with angle division.
graduation, plumb bob holder. The base of the capsule is engraved with pole heights and a signature.
Mark: Inscr. 'And. Vogl'.
