PAIR OF MAGNIFICENT PORCELAIN GIRANDOLES WITH GARDENER FIGURINES AND BIRD PAINTINGS.

Technique: Porcelain, enriched in colours and painted in gold.
Description: Rising foot with rocaille and shell relief bands. The fields in between painted with birds and insects. Figural candlestick shaft with a seated gardener accompanied by a boy and a girl. The removable, four-flame candlestick tops are decorated with fully sculpted flower and fruit tendrils.
Measurement: Height without sprouts 31.7, height of sprouts 19.6.
Mark: Swords mark, painted blue under glaze. Model number D176/D177, former's numbers 70, 77/66, painter's number 16.
