Date: Late 19th century. Technique: Fire-gilded bronze, marble. Description: The pendulum with long rectangular marble base with delicated applications worked as pierced. On top Cupid on a two-horse chariot, the wheel is worked as case so that the interior of the movement is visible in between the spokes.The ring dial with Roman hours. Round 14-day-pendulum movement with spring suspension and half-hour chime on a bell. Both girandoles with matching base design and on each a cupid, holding the 5 flame branch above his head.
