Designer: Model by Johann Carl Schönheit, 1781. Material: Porcelain, colourful ground, enriched in polychrome and gold, pâte-sur-pâte painting. Measurement: Height 30 cm. Mark: Swordsmark painted blue under glaze, model no. 'G 59' (incised), incised mark 'Gr 117' and 'G20'(?). Description: A moulded round base set on a square plinth. An ovoid, petrol-coloured body mounted upon it. The body features side handles in the form of two pairs of intertwined snakes. A domed lid with a bud-shaped finial On the front, a large oval medallion, framed by a raised gold band as well as reeds and water lilies.
