Depiction of the Schwörakt in Ulm in front of the Schwörhaus with a large, detailed and finely worked out crowd of people in the foreground. With text at the bottom: Das Schwörhaus in Ulm, vor dem Brande am 15. Okt. 1785, mit dem Schwör=Akt”. Dimensions: frame dimensions approx. 43.5 x 39 cm, image dimensions approx. 29 x 24 cm. Good condition with traces of age, staining. Depiction after the gouache by Jonas Arnold around 1650.
