Depiction of a pair of Siamese twins on a pedestal with a medal hanging around their necks. They are flanked on the right and left by two other people. Signed and numbered in pencil below: 8/100 and Pompeo Turturiella. Dimensions: frame dimensions approx. 55.5 x 70 approx. mount approx. 42 x 55 cm. Very good condition. Pompeo Turturiello lives and works in both Germany and Italy. After leaving school, he worked in the fashion industry for many years, living in the art centers of Düsseldorf and Cologne from 1987 to 1994. The unity of art and life is at the center of his existence. Among other things, he was involved in the design of the ”Mariposa” cultural park on Tenerife.
