Märklin 5110/33 large submarine with clockwork mechanism, 1930's - L. 36 cm - Märklin 5110/33 large submarine with clockwork mechanism, 1930's - L. 36 cm Märklin tinplate model, submarine with original green hand paintwork, black and red accents, printed windows, bow and stern with navy flag, antenna, periscope and railing, original screw-on hatch with access to the clockwork drive, which is functional, can be wound up and runs down, ship's propeller on the underside rotates, stern rudder movable and adjustable, with manufacturer's stamp. Very nice, well-maintained original condition with few signs of use, small paint chips on the flags. Rare larger version, L 36 cm (including rudder).
