Height: approx. 40.5 cm, width: approx. 42 cm, depth: approx. 15 cm , weight: 8.25 kg. Winkler studied sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich under Professor Syrius Eberle. The sculpture was shown at the IX International Art Exhibition in Munich in 1905 (see ”Die Werkstatt der Kunst: Organ für die Interessen der bildenden Künstler, 4th year, issue 4, 24 October 1904, Verlag der Werkstatt der Kunst (Ernst Closs), Munich).
