PLEASE READ, TERMS OF AUCTION! - Thank you for your interest in the Morey Online Estate Auction, which will begin closing Thursday, May 14, at 6pm. The Auction catalogue is posted on two platforms (it is not a ‘soft-close’ auction), and items will begin closing one-at-a-time, in auction order, at the above-referenced date. Be reminded that pickup is ONLY available on Saturday, May 16, from 11am to 4pm, AND Monday, 18, 12pm-3pm, at the home. PLEASE remember to bring packing materials and loading assistance if needed. We will not have loading labor available, nor any materials for packaging and moving of items. Refunds are not available for any item paid for, and not picked up. SHIPPING- We can accommodate shippers on a limited basis. Our designated shipping agent is PakMail, Geist, pakmailus740@gmail.com, or 317-823-8383. The shipping agent MUST pick up your items on Saturday, May 16, 11am-4pm, or on Monday, May 18, 12pm-3pm. Items not collected on those dates will be considered abandoned, and re-sold at our discretion, with no proceeds for the original purchaser. This home is located in Oak Bay, on Morse Reservoir, with a Noblesville address, near Carrigan Road and Stringtown Pike. Exact address for pickup will be sent to winning bidders with your PAID invoice. *Winning bidders will receive additional pickup information the text of their invoice receipt. Winning bidders will receive invoices via email shortly after the close of the auction. Payments in full are due prior to 3pm, Friday, May 15. Invoices will include a payment link and you may use any credit card you wish. Unpaid invoices will be charged, using the credit card provided at registration, at 3pm, Friday. Paid receipts will be sent via email; please bring a copy of that receipt with you to pick up. Having it on your phone is fine, also. Thank you again, and best wishes for successful bidding!
