Kenner 1985 Super Powers Green Arrow Series 2 23-Back Action Figure AFA 70+ - Kenner Canada 1985 Super Powers Collection Green Arrow action figure. Factory-sealed on original bilingual English and French blister card. Series 2 release, 23-back unpunched card with Cape Offer. Professionally graded by AFA and stored in acrylic archival case. Acrylic case 10” H x 8” W x 2” D. Condition: Professionally graded by AFA as 70+ (Excellent+). Sub-grades are assigned as follows: Card C80, Bubble B70, and Figure F85. The figure itself is in high-grade condition. The card shows minor shelf wear consistent with its age. The plastic blister bubble exhibits a noticeable yellowing tint, which is a typical chemical reaction in vintage Kenner plastics, but it remains fully intact and sealed to the card. The item is factory-sealed and complete with all original internal components including the mini comic book and bow accessory.
