Art Nouveau 14kt Expandable Lorgnette Glasses - Circa 1900s. A spectacular lorgnette from the Art Nouveau period. Crafted in 14kt yellow gold, the piece consists of a pair of folding glasses encased in a breathtaking repousse lorgnette setting. The front and the back of the lorgnette are detailed with four panther heads and a floral detail. A button below the cherub slides to release the expandable lorgnette. Total weight: 19.7 grams.
