CARTIER Paris 1960 Little Salt Cellar With Lid In Polished .925 Sterling Silver - This is a very cute little salt cellar with a lid created by the jewelry house of Cartier during the post-war period, back in the 1950. The pieces have been crafted entirely in solid .925/.999 sterling silver with polished finish and the lid is embellished with a tridimensional pineapple. The covered dish is accompanied by a little tweezer. Country: France, United States. Period: Post War, 1950. Weight: 33.85 Grams, (21.70 Dwt). Measurements: Diameter 41 mm by a height of 38 mm (1.62 x 1.5 Inches). Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark logo, the mark for the assay of the silver and signed as follow, ”CARTIER STERLING”. Condition: The overall condition of this Cartier little dish is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the silver.
