Victorian hollow Heart Pendant crafted in 18kt rose Gold, accented with 37 Rose cut Diamonds weighing Approx. 0.50 carats. Pendant measurements: 16 x 13.5 mm. Total weight: 2.7 grams. Condition: Very good conditions. All our diamonds and colored gemstones are naturally earth-mined. Any synthetic (lab-grown) stones will be clearly indicated in the description.
