Rosetta Earrings in 18kt Gold with Diamonds and synthetic Sapphires - The Antique Rosetta Earrings, weighing 3.8 grams, are crafted in 18k yellow gold and feature two center synthetic blue sapphires weighing approximately 1.0 carats, surrounded by 16 old mine cut diamonds totaling approximately 1.80 carats in H-I color with VS-SI clarity. This elegant pair measures 0.5 inches in diameter, with no visible stamp, and remains in excellent condition, showcasing the classic rosetta design and vintage craftsmanship characteristic of antique jewelry artistry.
