MODERNIST Italian Clips-On Earrings In 18Kt Gold With Lapis Lazuli - A late 1960s-early 1970s modernist clip-on earring pair by Italian designer Carlo Weingrill, crafted in 18k yellow gold with fluted patterns. Featuring two carved lapis lazuli cabochons totaling approximately 28 carats in bezel settings, these statement earrings measure 22 mm by 16 mm and weigh 24.3 grams. With a polished finish, removable gold posts, and concealed French omega backs, they exemplify the distinctive Italian design of the era. Condition: Very good conditions.
