Victorian 18K Yellow Gold & Platinum Synthetic Sapphire, Natural Pearl, and Diamond Brooch - This exquisite Victorian brooch features an approximately 2.50 carat synthetic sapphire in stunning deep blue as the centerpiece, elegantly surrounded by 4 lustrous natural pearls and 24 rose-cut diamonds totaling approximately 1.30 carats, set in refined 18K yellow gold and platinum, weighing a substantial 6.3 grams and measuring 2.25 inches. Condition: Very good conditions. All our diamonds and colored gemstones are naturally earth-mined. Any synthetic (lab-grown) stones will be clearly indicated in the description.
