18K Yellow Gold Sapphire & Diamond Necklace - 18K yellow gold sapphire and diamond necklace featuring an ornate, scrollwork pendant centered with an approximately 8.00 carat sapphire and accented by 84 diamonds totaling approximately 5.40 carats (F–G color, VS1–VS2 clarity) for exceptional brilliance and a rich, vintage-inspired look. Chain length 16 inches; pendant measures approximately 2.25 inches. Total weight 29.6 grams. Condition: Very good conditions. All our diamonds and colored gemstones are naturally earth-mined.
