Antique 18K Yellow Gold, Guilloché Blue Enamel, Diamond and Sapphire Egg Pendant - Antique 18K Yellow Gold, Guilloché Blue Enamel, Diamond and Sapphire Egg Pendant. Finely crafted in solid 18K yellow gold, this elegant antique pendant is designed as an egg-form drop decorated with rich blue guilloché enamel and accented by full-cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.30 carat total, graded H-J color. The design is further enhanced by two pear-shaped blue sapphires weighing approximately 0.30 carat total. Pendant measures approximately 1.18 x 0.54 inches and weighs 7.3 grams. Stamped: 750.
