ART NOUVEAU 1900 Clear Glass Decanter-Bottle With Overlay .999 Sterling Silver - England or United States, Art Nouveau (c. 1890–1910). Early 20th-century clear blown-glass decanter/back-bar bottle with a high-grade silver overlay collar and dense engraved decoration of thistles and scrolling foliage, retaining the matching silver-covered stopper with the same pattern; silver electronically tested .998/.999 and engraved “Feb 11th 1911.” Materials: clear glass and .998/.999 silver overlay. Dimensions: H 256.5 mm x Dia. 153.7 mm (10.1 x 6.05 in). Weight: 447.5 g (0.45 kg). Hallmarks: unsigned; purity confirmed by electronic testing (“.998/.999 Ar”).
