Retro Modern 1970 Sculptural Geometric Ring In 18Kt Gold With Diamonds Coral And Onyx - Italy, modernist period (early 1970s). Unusual statement cocktail ring in 18K yellow gold with a contrasting white gold center section for the diamond work, designed with bold sculptural geometry and inlaid gemstone accents. Diamonds: 18 round brilliant diamonds totaling 0.36 ct (F/G color, VS2 clarity) in pavé settings. Gemstones: 2 fancy V-shaped inlay elements carved from natural pink salmon coral and black onyx. Weight 15.30 g (9.81 dwt). Ring size 7 (easily sizable). Top measures 33 x 22 mm (1.30 x 0.87 in) and rises 7 mm off the finger. Hallmarks: stamped with maker’s mark and Italian assay marks for 18K gold. Condition: Very good conditions. All our diamonds and colored gemstones are naturally earth-mined.
