RONSON 1936 Art-Deco Machine Age Cigar Humidor Desk Box And Touch-Tip Striker - 1930s Ronson Art Deco smoking accessory combining a cedar-lined cigar humidor with a Touch-Tip lighter, designed by Louis V. Aronson and executed in polished/satin chrome with black lacquer accents in a strong Machine Age architectural form. Features a dedicated water reservoir to humidify the box via a pass-through opening, with the lighter integrated at the opposite end; cataloged as Ronson Model 16157 (T-T striker with humidor), dated 1936. Marked and stamped “FASHIONED BY RONSON NEWARK NJ… RONSON-TOUCH-TIP” with patent references. Approx. 5 pounds; 118 x 256 x 120 mm (4.65 x 10.1 x 4.75 inches). Condition: The overall condition of this Ronson humidor is very good. Beside the little the normal wear and missing in the lacquer there is no damage and all parts are secured in their settings.
