Antique 18K Yellow Gold & Silver Heart Drop Earrings with 10.35 CTW in Diamond - Antique 18K yellow gold and silver heart drop earrings, beautifully executed with a full pavé of old mine-cut diamonds totaling approximately 10.35 ctw (J–K color, VS–SI2 clarity) for exceptional, high-coverage brilliance and bold presence on the ear; earrings measure 1.40 x 0.85 in. and have a substantial total weight of 13.20 grams. Condition: Very good conditions. All our diamonds and colored gemstones are naturally earth-mined. Any synthetic (lab-grown) stones will be clearly indicated in the description.
