Retro 18K Yellow Gold Cocktail Ring with 2.60 CTW in Blue Sapphire & Diamond - Bold Retro 18K yellow gold cocktail ring showcasing an oval blue sapphire of approximately 1.00 carat, framed by a brilliant halo and sweeping diamond-set shoulders with round diamonds totaling approximately 1.60 ctw (F–G color, VS1 clarity) for intense, high-coverage sparkle; a substantial statement piece measuring 0.74 in. wide, size 7 1/2, with a total weight of 7.0 grams. Condition: Very good conditions. All our diamonds and colored gemstones are naturally earth-mined. Any synthetic (lab-grown) stones will be clearly indicated in the description.
