Retro 18K Yellow Gold Ring with 4.15 CTW in Sapphire & Diamond - Bold Retro 18K yellow gold ring featuring a striking two-tone sapphire composition—one blue and one yellow sapphire totaling approximately 4.00 carats—dramatically framed within a sculptural gold mount and accented by a central baguette diamond of approximately 0.15 carats (H color, VS clarity) for crisp, linear brilliance; the ring measures 0.93 in. wide, is size 8, and weighs 11.4 grams. Condition: Very good conditions. All our diamonds and colored gemstones are naturally earth-mined. Any synthetic (lab-grown) stones will be clearly indicated in the description.
