BADEN & FOSS 1950 Cocktail Ring In 14Kt Gold With Australian Opal And Diamonds - Post-war Mid-Century opal and diamond ring, New York City, circa 1950, crafted in solid 14K gold with a polished finish and classic, elegant proportions. Centered with a marquise cabochon Australian opal in prong setting (16 x 8 x 5mm; approx. 3.63 ct) and surrounded by 18 round brilliant diamonds in prongs totaling approx. 0.54 ctw (F/G color, VS clarity) for bright sparkle and contrast. Weight 5.6g; size 6.5 (sizable); measures 20 x 14mm and rises 8mm. Stamped and signed “B&F 14KT” with .585 gold marks. Condition: Very good conditions. All our diamonds and colored gemstones are naturally earth-mined. Any synthetic (lab-grown) stones will be clearly indicated in the description.
