Italian Cocktail Ring In 18Kt Gold With Diamonds - Statement cocktail Italian, crafted in solid 18K white and yellow gold with a high-polish finish. Set with a center synthetic Green Stone surrounded by a basket pavé set with 166 round brilliant emeralds totaling approx. 1.42 ctw, and accented by 41 round brilliant diamonds in flat prong settings totaling 0.49 ctw (F color, VS2 clarity). Total 208 natural gemstones. Weight 6.95g; size 7.75 (sizable); measures 22 x 13.5mm and rises 7mm. Stamped and signed “PICCHIOTTI .750 *1952AL”. Condition: Very good conditions. All our diamonds and colored gemstones are naturally earth-mined. Any synthetic (lab-grown) stones will be clearly indicated in the description.
