Group of [3] Historic Letters by Yerushalmi Avreichim from the WWI Battlefield
Thank-you letters from students of the Etz Chaim yeshivah that were forcibly drafted to the Turkish army during WWI. The letters were sent to the rosh yeshivah the gaon Rabbi Yechiel Michel Tukachinsky, for his moral, spiritual and economic support. Damascus, 1916.
The letters were written and sent from Damascus on the soldiers' way to Turkey. Historic discoveries in the letters about what occurred during the battles.
The letter writers: the young man Avraham Binyamin Beinish Auerbach, Ya'akov Gelbstein, Nathan Ze'ev Heller, Avraham Abele Zack and Avraham Abba Galski.
