A special Haggada printed in Hungary during the Holocaust.
Budapest, Omzsa publishing house, 1942. The Society for the Assistance of Hungarian Jewry published this Haggada in 1942 to strengthen the Jewish people's faith in redemption through the signs of the Exodus and its miracles, and to show them the way to the miraculous redemption. Introduction by Dr. Moshe Rivery. Research about Seder night and information about the Haggada's illustrations by Dr. Moshe Monkatshy. Dr. Benzion Avigdor Svoletshy compiled the musical notes. Nine hundred numbered copies were printed on high-quality paper. This copy is numbered 739. On the rear side of the title page are the signatures of all of the authors and artists who contributed to the work. Printed from right to left with Hungarian translation on facing pages. With reproductions of leaves from manuscripts and ancient printings of Haggadot, some colored, printed from left to right.
