With many approbations, including from Rabbi Naftali HaKohen of Poznań, author of Smichat Chachamim. Leaf 164: "Copy from the Arba Aratzot ledger of Poland, regarding dinei borchim, in an assembly of all the geonim and rabbanim of the country."
