Two letters from the geonim, the sons of the Würzburger Rav - the gaon and tzaddik Rabbi Yitzchak Dov Bamberger, av beit din of Würzburg: Rabbi Simchah and Rabbi Shlomo Zalman. Written to their brother, the gaon Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Leib Bamberger, av beit din of Kissingen. Germany, 1867/1883.
* Letter from Rabbi Simchah Bamberger, mixed Hebrew and Yiddish. Some of the content deals with recital of verses that are a segulah for memory. Written to his brother, Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Leib, av beit din of Kissingen.
At the end of the letter, there are several lines in Yiddish signed by his wife, Rebbetzin Breinah. Fischach [Germany, Bavaria], Tammuz 1867. 26 cm. Moderate-fine condition. Tears in the fold mark.
