A letter from the Maggid of Kozhnitz appears at the beginning of Sefer Chiddushei HaYehudi as well as a letter from his son, Rabbi Moshe. Another lengthy letter appears at the end of the sefer, sent by Rabbi Yehonatan Eybeschütz to the author of Pnei Yehoshua about the dispute against him. This letter is known in several versions.
