First edition of the lesser-known work by Rabbi Chaim of Chernowitz - one of the leading Admo"rim of the generations. The book opens with an interesting foreword by the publisher, who writes that the Admo"r Rabbi Yisrael of Ruzhin was the one who selected the book's title. Another part came out that year, on Tractate Berachot.
