Sefer Ezrat Nashim - large work on siman 17 of Shulchan Aruch Even HaEzer - dinei agunot. With the Shemot HaGittin compilation by Rabbi Moshe ben Chaviv, a leading sage of Jerusalem. With three responsa by the one who brought it to print, Rabbi Ya'akov Kuli, author of Me'am Loez. Constantinople, 1731. First edition.

On the title page, at the top: "This is from Hashem to his servant, the small one, Rabbi Akiva Eiger of Halberstadt" - none other than Rabbi Akiva I, Rabbi Akiva Eiger of Halberstadt, rabbi of Zülz and Pressburg, grandfather of Rabbi Akiva Eiger, leader of the entire Diaspora, who was named after his grandfather. Author of the sefer Mishnat Rabbi Akiva.
