A Letter from Rabbi Tuviah Yehuda Tavyomi, Disciple of the "Eglei Tal". 1953
A letter in the handwriting and with the signature of Rabbi Tuvia Yehuda Tavyomi.
A responsum which he discusses the custom in the holy city of Jerusalem to perform the marriage ceremony with a silver ring, whether the marriage ceremony has to be repeated in the case that the bride did not know at the time of the ceremony if she had been married with a gold or silver ring because her face was covered.
Rabbi Tuviah Yehuda Tovyami [Guttentag] Av Beit Din of Sochachov Poland [1882-1953]. A disciple of the "Eglei Tal". A chassid of Gur and Sochachov. A close friend of the "Beit Yisrael" of Gur. He immigrated to Israel in 1936 and served as Rabbi in Tel Aviv. Among his works: Eretz Tova - Responsa, Tal L'Yisrael, Tal Orot, Ateret Tuvia and more.
