A Non-Traditional Haggadah - Kibbutz Sdot Yam - Caesarea, 1946
A non-traditional Haggadah. Printed in different sized letters. Illustrated binding.
There are original texts about the ingathering of exiles after the European Holocaust: "I will open the gates of day and night, I will rip the doors of the houses from their hinges! My land, reach out the hands of your paths to my fleeing brethren! Cup your ear to those treading in your depths! Be a silent witness to those who break into me at night! My beaches, do not stop watching out, and do not cease from being ready, to hug tired feet and to heal their injuries!... And on this day may our eyes be raised and open, we will preserve the remnants of our forces - is there redemption to the depths of our blood? Is there a reward and payment? For everything? May our lips be sealed, may our faces be determined..." and more.
