Letter from Binyamin Zeev (Theodor) Herzl to his Friend, on the Topic of Theater. From the Period of the First Aliyah - Letter from Dr. Binyamin Zeev Herzl to a colleague, whose name is not mentioned. 14.7.1890. Specifications: [1] leaf, 12x20 cm. Lengthy letter in Herzl's handwriting with signature. Content: Herzl writes and cautions him regarding difficulties achieving success in the world of theater. He requests that he notify him if the play Der Schwanenhals  is performed so that he can come and see the play. Herzl points out he wanted to publish it as a newspaper series over three months, but decided not to keep his readers in suspense. Very fine condition:  Fold mark, tiny stain on one of the letter which does not prevent its readability.
