Decorative Owner's Certificate - American Center's Building Fund, Jerusalem 1934 - Printed leaf with gilt ink decorations - owner's certificate from the 'Friends of Americans in Jerusalem.' Printed by Rabbi Sh. Zuckerman. Jerusalem, 1934. This certificate was given to the philanthropist Yisrael son of Aryeh Eshelson who received part of the American Center's building - 'Friends of Americans in Jerusalem' for his whole life, with details of the various entrances given to him. The conditions include an agreement that after he passes away, the right to live in the apartment will transfer to the person of his bequest for five years, on condition the new resident is a religious, believing Jew and will submit to the internal regulations regarding behavior of residents.
