Written and stamped by the gaon Rabbi Azriel Brill, author of Hadrat Kodesh , a leading dayan in Budapest. Pest, 1826. This chalitzah document was an early custom, written by the bridegroom's brothers for their sister-in-law - their brother's wife - at the time of the wedding, so that if the bridegroom, Heaven forbid, passes away childless, they will grant chalitzah without delay and without demanding a fee.
