”Shiviti” – Ornamental manuscript for a synagogue. Jerusalem, 19th-20th century - [”Shiviti”], ”In honor of the esteemed Rabbi, the holy and learned in miracles, Admor R. Meir Ba'al HaNes”. An ornamental leaf for hanging in the synagogue. Ink and colors on paper. At the top of the leaf, the Tetragrammaton with additional sacred names. In the center of the leaf, three menorahs: the left one with the words ”Ana Bekoach”, the central one with the words from Psalm 67, and the right one with the words from Psalm 121 (Shir HaMa'alot). The leaf is decorated with colors and gold embellishments, a menorah, the incense burner, the Shield of David, and more. [1] Paper leaf. 45X62 cm without the frame. Framed. Not examined outside the frame. Good to very good condition, stains, slight fading.
