Magen Avraham. Venice, 1603. Only edition - Derushim and Articles by Rabbi Avraham Lanyado. Venice, 1603. Unique edition. The author, Rabbi Avraham Lanyado, was born in 1535 and lived in Safed. As mentioned in the introduction, he studied under the renowned Rabbi Yosef Karo. He was the son-in-law of Rabbi Shmuel Lanyado, known as the ”Baal HaKeilim.” Between the years 1603–1604, he resided in Venice, where he printed the book *Kli Yakar* for his father-in-law, as well as the present book. Later, he served as a rabbi in Aram Tzova (Aleppo) until his death around 1620. 240 pages, 19.5 cm. Very good condition except for a few wormholes on the first four pages. White paper. Old parchment binding with stitching ties.
