Responsa on matters of Even HaEzer by Rabbeinu David ben Zimra (Radbaz), with additional insights and halachic responsa by Rabbi Yosef Zamiro. Livorno, 1828. Only edition. First edition of these responsa by the Radbaz. In later editions, these responsa are known as Volume 7 of the Radbaz’s works. Rabbi Yosef Zamiro, who published the book, added his own notes and innovations within the Radbaz’s responsa. Additionally, he included his own halachic responsa on related topics in the book. With significant approbations from the rabbis of Tunis and Livorno. The book's year of printing is calculated as 1820; however, the approbation by the rabbis of Livorno is dated Tishrei 1829. Rabbi Yosef Zamiro, a dayan and community leader in Jerusalem (d. 1843), traveled on behalf of the Land of Israel to Tunis and Livorno, where he printed his innovations alongside the responsa of the Radbaz. The book contains scholarly glosses written in Sephardic handwriting. Two particularly lengthy glosses and two shorter ones are included. These glosses have not been researched.
