Rabbi Yehuda Zev Segal (1911–1993) , a remarkable scholar and the Rosh Yeshiva of Manchester, succeeded his father, Rabbi Moshe Yitzchak HaLevi Segal, who established Torah study in England. In his youth, Rabbi Yehuda Zev sought Torah knowledge, traveling to study at the Mir Yeshiva in Lithuania, where he learned in *chavruta* with Rabbi Chaim Shmuelevitz, the Rosh Yeshiva of Mir. He also visited Radin several times to meet with the saintly Chafetz Chaim, considering himself one of his devoted disciples. Rabbi Yehuda Zev was renowned as a ”worker of salvation” and was affectionately referred to as ”The Chafetz Chaim of England” and ”The Second Chafetz Chaim.” He promised blessings and miracles to those who strengthened their observance of *Shmirat HaLashon* (guarding one's speech). He often declared: ”I have never known a family in the world that studies two laws daily in the *Chafetz Chaim* and does not see salvations with their own eyes.” Thousands from around the globe sought his blessings for healing and other personal needs, and his blessings were fulfilled. To this day, thousands of Jews visit his grave in Manchester, seeking divine mercy and salvation. Very good condition. Minor stains.
