A Blessed Ten-Shekel Note Received from the Holy Hands of Sidna 'Baba Sali - A banknote given as a blessing and for protection, received directly from the holy hands of the revered tzaddik, miracle worker, and spiritual guide, Sidna 'Baba Sali' – Rabbi Yisrael Abuchatzeira of Morocco. The note was presented to a young boy on the occasion of his bar mitzvah, with an inscription and signature by the boy on the note. Includes a written certificate on paper. Condition: Good. Rabbi Yisrael Abuchatzeira (1889–1984), known as Baba Sali, was the son of Rabbi Masoud, the rabbi of Tafilalt (Morocco), and the grandson of the righteous Rabbi Yaakov Abuchatzeira, known as the ”Abir Yaakov.” He served as the rabbi of Erfoud, Morocco. In his later years, he immigrated to Israel and settled in Netivot. Baba Sali was renowned as a holy figure of unparalleled sanctity, performing miracles and wonders reminiscent of the ancient sages. His blessings were unfailing and fulfilled as spoken. Esteemed and venerated by all Jewish communities, Sephardic and Ashkenazic alike, thousands sought his blessings and salvation. Among those who came to him were leading rabbis and Rebbes from various Jewish traditions.
