Signatures - Gedolim Ma'asei Hashem – Sermons on Bereshit and Shemot, and a commentary on the Haggadah of Pesach, including the full text of the Haggadah, authored by Rabbi Eliezer Ashkenazi, the physician. Printed in The Hague, 1777. The Haggadah and its commentary are found in Chapter 28 – Ma'aseh Mitzrayim. The title page features an illustration of a lion, the emblem of the printer R' Leib Zussmansh. Owner's inscription: ”Purchased from Mr. Avraham Yehuda… HaLevi from Plonsk… Avraham Gershon ben… (?)” Otzer HaHaggadot 281. [4], 150 leaves. 25 cm. Condition: Fair. Defects on the title page and last three leaves. Stains.
