Offspring, Health and Livelihood! Segulah Sefer - Ben Beiti - Komárno. First Edition כתב יד של רבי מאיר שפירא מלובלין?
"Anyone who brings blessing to his home and purchases this sacred sefer ... will experience all sorts of salvation with offspring, health and livelihood, amen, may it be His will"
Sefer Ben Beiti - Kabbalah and Chassidut on Sefer Bereishit per the Ar"i and per the Besh"t (not printed for the other chumashim) by the Admo"r, the G-dly Kabbalist Rabbi Eliezer Tzvi Safrin - the second Admo"r in the Komárno dynasty. Premishlan, 1900. Copy that belonged to Yeshivat Chachmei Lublin.
The sefer was printed just after the author passed away, by his eldest son, the salvation-worker, the Admo"r Rabbi Menachem Manish Safrin, with a lengthy foreword by him. The rebbe's blessing appears in the margins of the approbation: "From the pipeline of influence, may my sacred ancestors continue to influence the entire Jewish people for the good for children, life and sustenance, amen, selah, many it be His will, signed with love ... HaK' Menachem Manish Safrin son of ... the sacred author, the rebbe of Komárno." The sacred rebbe, who was well-versed in Kabbalistic wisdom concludes his segulah foreword with a Kabbalistic gematria with his father's, the author's name - "May Hashem, our L-rd be with us as he was with our forefathers, and not abandon us" ["יהי ה' אלקנו עמנו כאשר היה עם אבותינו אל יעזבנו"] This segulah introduction bears the rebbe's only divrei Torah to have ever been printed!
Refer to the Hebrew catalog text for brief biographies of the author, the Admo"r Rabbi Eliezer Tzvi Safrin of Komárno and his son, the Admo"r Rabbi Menachem Manish Safrin.

Bound with [in a later binding] with a pedigree copy:
Sefer Torah Ohr - Chassidic ma'amarim on the Torah by the gaon Rabbi Ya'akov Moshe HaLevi Kleinbaum, av beit din of Sobota, author of the renowned Chassidic work Shema Shlomo - Karlin. Pietrkov, 1925. First edition.
Rare bookplate (ex libris) from the Chachmei Lublin yeshivah. The sticker is from before the joint binding of both sefarim [in the description of the sefer on the sticker, it says "unbound"]. The serial number on the sticker is "3" - which means that it is the third (!) sefer from the massive Jewish library, with tens of thousands of sefarim. [This was one of Rabbi Moshe Shapiro's grandiose enterprises, for which he made a network that collected sefarim from towns all over Poland.]
The sefer is adorned with important Chassidic approbations from leading Admo"rim of his generation (Ostrovsta, Belz, Bilgoray, Ustila), and approbations from prominent rabbanim.
Alongside the approbations of Rabbi Yosef Shapotshnick and Rabbi Chaim Hirschensohn are sharply worded comments about the two rabbis: "His name is already infamous, he did a terrible thing to the Jewish people"; "He is already known as an apikores and his sefarim are works of sorcery [the identity of the writer has not been investigated].
