The author [1596–1669], one of the great rabbis of his generation, was the first to be known by the combined surname “Frankel-Teomim, ” the patriarch of the Frankel-Teomim family. The book was printed by his sons shortly after his passing. Title page within an impressive architectural border. [2], 40, 154, [1] leaves. 22 cm. Good-moderate condition. Tears on the title page without damage to text, reinforced with tape on the reverse. Minor worming. Aging stains. Reinforcement stickers on the verso of the title page and final leaf. Plain binding.
