Casablanca, Elbaz Press, ca. 1900 [תר”ס]. - Rare prayer booklet printed for the Chevrat Gemilut Chasadim of Gibraltar. Includes special prayers and supplications for use at the time of yetziat haneshamah (departure of the soul), following the local custom of Gibraltar. Also contains a list of Psalms to be recited in times of distress, compiled by Rabbi Rafael Chaim Moshe Ben-Naim. At the end appears an additional leaf not recorded in the bibliographies. The National Library of Israel and the Hellman Collection catalog the printing as “ca. 1900.” On the NLI copy, the collector and bibliographer Yisrael Hellman noted: “Extremely rare.” (Genazai Yisrael – Hellman Collection, no. 527).
