Complete and Rare - Complete Set – Machzor for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, and Machzor for the Three Pilgrimage Festivals, according to the customs of Reisin, Lithuania, Poland, Bohemia, and Moravia (Nusach Ashkenaz), with commentary in both Hebrew and Yiddish. Printed by the Shapira brothers, grandsons of the Slavita Rav – Rabbi Chanina and Rabbi Yehoshua Heschel Shapira. Zhitomir, 1857. Two volumes. A holy edition printed by the saintly Shapira family of Slavita, famed for their sanctity in printing sacred texts. Exceptionally rare to find a set printed in the same year with matching bindings.
