The deed is signed by Rabbi Yehuda Ben Attar (the second) – Rabbi of Fez, and Rabbi Shlomo Yaakov Abitbol – Rabbi of Tzefrou. Rabbi Yehuda Ben Attar (the second) – grandson of Rabbi Yehuda Ben Attar. Rabbi of the city of Fez, halachic authority and chronicler. Appointed as a dayan in 1791, in the Beit Din of Rabbi Eliyahu HaTzarfati.
